Privacy Policy

The short version
My apps do not require an account, do not show ads, and do not track you across other apps or websites. Content you submit, whether a photo you scan or a prompt you write, is sent to AI providers only to produce the result you asked for, and is never used to train AI models.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy covers all iOS applications (together, the "Apps") published by Berkay Dönmez ("I", "me"). By using an App, you agree to this policy.
2. Information the Apps handle
A. Content you provide
When you use an App, the content you submit is uploaded so the App can produce the result you requested: the photo you take or select for identification, and, in some Apps, the text you write, such as prompts, messages, and descriptions. The resulting output (for example a name, description, and estimated value) is stored so your in-App history works. No name, email address, or account is ever requested.
B. Device identifier
Because the Apps have no accounts, a randomly generated, device-scoped identifier associates your content, credits, and subscription with your device. This identifier is not your name and does not directly identify you, but it is treated as personal data and you can have it deleted as described in Section 8.
C. Information collected automatically
The Apps automatically collect the app version, iOS version, device model, crash reports, and anonymous usage events, along with a push notification token if you grant notification permission.
D. Purchases
All payments are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. I never see or store your payment details. I receive only your subscription/credit status and anonymized transaction identifiers through a purchase validation service so the App can unlock what you paid for.
No advertising, no tracking
The Apps contain no advertising SDKs and no attribution or tracking SDKs. They do not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA), do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. Because of this, the Apps never show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and this policy needs no "Do Not Sell" link.
What the Apps do NOT collect
- No contacts, no location, no advertising identifiers
- No cross-app or cross-site tracking (no ATT prompt needed)
- No accounts, emails, or passwords
3. AI processing and third-party AI providers
When you use an AI feature, only the content you submit, such as the photo you scan or the text you write, is transmitted securely to third-party AI providers that perform the processing on my behalf; no name, email address, or contact information is ever sent. I use carefully selected, industry-leading AI providers to run the models that produce your result, and, in some Apps, licensed live-data services that supply reference data such as market listings. These providers process your content solely to generate the result you requested and handle it under their own privacy policies. Your content is not used to train AI models, and providers are contractually prohibited from using it for training. Providers of a similar kind may be added or replaced in the future; this policy will be updated when these categories of providers materially change.
4. Service providers
- AI model providers: process the prompts and photos you submit, only to generate the result you requested
- Live-data services: supply reference data, such as market listings, used by some Apps
- Cloud storage provider: hosts your in-App content and results
- Analytics and notification provider: anonymous usage events, crash reports, and push notification delivery
- Purchase validation service: receipt data and an anonymous app user ID, never card numbers
- Apple: payments and App Store operation, acting as an independent controller

Each processes data under its own privacy policy. Every third party that receives user data provides the same or equal protection of that data as described in this policy and as required by the App Store Review Guidelines.
5. Face data
Some Apps accept photos that may include people. The Apps do not collect, store, or use biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates, or face geometry. Photos are processed only to produce the specific result you requested, never to identify, track, or profile anyone, and never for advertising. The AI providers process photos on my behalf and are not permitted to retain them beyond short operational windows. Photos, and any people-related data derived from them, are deleted within 30 days at the latest, or earlier if you request it at berkaydonmez1601@gmail.com; the results saved to your in-App history are retained as described in Section 7.
6. How information is used
To deliver the results you request; maintain your history and credits; process and restore purchases; fix crashes and improve the Apps; send push notifications you opted into; prevent abuse of credits; comply with applicable law. Your personal information is never sold and never used for advertising.
7. Data retention
- Photos and AI inputs: deleted within 30 days at the latest; earlier on request
- In-App content and history: kept while the App is in use and up to 12 months after your last activity
- Analytics events: kept for up to 14 months, then deleted or aggregated
- Purchase records: kept as long as needed for entitlements and legal or tax obligations
- Support emails: kept as long as needed to resolve your request
8. Your rights and deletion
Where an App asks for consent, you can revoke it at any time: AI photo analysis can be turned off in the App's settings, and push notifications in iOS Settings. You can delete individual items inside the App at any time. To have all data associated with your device deleted (stored photos, your history, and your device identifier), email berkaydonmez1601@gmail.com and include the support ID shown in the App's settings screen. Deletion is completed within 30 days and confirmed by reply.
You also have rights of access, correction, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent (GDPR), and equivalent rights under CCPA/CPRA if you are a California resident. To exercise any of these rights, email berkaydonmez1601@gmail.com with the support ID shown in the App's settings screen so your device's data can be located; requests are answered within one month. If you are in Türkiye, you also have the rights set out in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority. EEA and UK users may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).
9. International transfers
Data is processed in Türkiye, the United States, the European Union, and other countries where the providers above operate. Where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Legal bases (GDPR)
Contract (delivering the results you request), legitimate interests (analytics, abuse prevention), consent (AI photo analysis and push notifications), and legal compliance.
11. Children's privacy
The Apps are not directed to children under 16 and personal information is not knowingly collected from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact berkaydonmez1601@gmail.com and it will be deleted promptly.
12. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored in access-controlled cloud infrastructure. No system is completely secure; risk can be reduced but not eliminated.
13. Changes
This policy may be updated as the Apps evolve. Material changes are announced in the App or on this page; the "Last updated" date always reflects the current version.
